Tea Tree Gully Council rejects Supermarket plan in favour of a $6.5M upgrade for Richardson Reserve.
One Eighty Architecture was recently approached to prepare Master Plans for the Tea Tree Gully’s proposed project to improve Richardson Reserve, including six pitch soccer complex with new two storey clubrooms.
The Eastern Courier publications on the 15th and 22nd of August feature cover stories discussing the proposals for the existing Reserve, including a bid from an Overseas Investor to use the existing site to build a large Supermaket.
The Tea Tree Gully Council has opted to retain the land for the benefit of the Community. (See attached artcles). This will mean a big win for Community Sporting clubs in the surrounding area.
