BRETT COSHELL – DIRECTOR
Many people feel daunted by the process of designing and constructing buildings. What are the right questions to ask? How do I get the maximum benefit from my investment? Will I be happy with the results? Could I have done it better?
I have been working as an architect for over 20 years. I have overseen the design and construction of many buildings around Adelaide, some you may have passed on your regular drive to work. I know the industry well. I have built up long-term relationships with engineers, builders, councils, and everyone involved in the process of construction. Furthermore, I know this market well, and I know what makes a successful project.
Architecture can create better places for us all and can affect society in making a community more liveable.
I have designed classrooms for Adelaide’s most prestigious schools, offices and reception areas for South Australia’s both largest and oldest companies, sporting facilities at local and state levels, and homes for Adelaide’s elite. I have the trust of companies with long term relationships that have latest the length of my career.
I started my business many years ago out of a desire to create a design style that reflects my philosophy of socially conscious building, a method that clearly identifies a building as belonging within greater social and environmental context, not separate to it. I achieve this through my 360 Design system which I apply to all my projects, big and small, to ensure that every project I deliver will be something special.
There are five steps to designing your project. The first step is to undertake a 360 Report. Have a read through the below link and watch the video to find out more. Let me work with you to create something special.
I look forward to learning more about you and your project!
